Trey Branham is a lawyer and the founder of Branham Law Group. He started practicing law in 1999 and has been named thrice in the Texas super lawyers. The law firm focuses on clients and handles commercial litigation and personal injuries.
Trey Branham is the first to graduate from college to the Branham family. He was raised by a single mother who later married his stepfather. His stepfather taught him to pull himself up by his bootstraps and live without regret. Branham loves his family for instilling the value of hard work, commitment, and sacrifice.
Seeing his mother working hard to raise three children taught him the value of having a work ethic. Trey appreciates his mother’s employer because he cares about his employees. He got inspired to fight for clients whose employers only care about profits at employees’ expense.
Mr. Branham studied law at the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1999. After graduating, he clerked for the Hon. Joe Kendall. He also worked for a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Succeeding his clerkship, Mr. Branham began his career in law at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. He then moved to a national trial boutique and was handling litigation. Mr. Branham’s work history includes working as a staff member to the late Strom Thurmond. He also worked for the former senator from South Carolina.
Trey takes pride in giving his clients a voice and ensuring that their mates hear the voice. He’s driven by the fact that he wants a better world for his son. He is also grateful for the clients that choose him to represent them.
