Katelynn Berry was officially reported missing by her father, Hank Berry, on December 31st, 2021. She had been living above her father’s workshop. He noticed that she never came home on December 23 or 24th.

Hank and Katelynn’s mother, Carmell Mattison, have suspected foul play. Katelynn’s phone, ID, laptop and coat were left behind in her apartment.
Katelynn’s parents first contacted family members and friends. In turn, they all tried calling Katelynn’s phone but it kept going unanswered.
Hank says that the ordeal feels heart wrenching to him. That he feels helpless and hopeless. Katelynn’s parents have said that they are convinced that at least one person has a clue as to where Katelynn might be.
They are working closely with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. The Richland Sheriff’s Department is working with multiple law enforcement agencies, such as the Montana DCI, on the case. They appear to already have numerous suspects on their lists.
The family reset the reward from $10,000 to $25,000 if Katelynn was found by her birthday on February 1st.
